Yosemite Sessions for 2025 are complete! They’ll be back again in late 2026. Subscribe below to be notified when they open.

Since 2023, my Yosemite photo sessions have become a client favorite—and for good reason. These limited mini sessions take place once a year in the heart of Yosemite National Park, offering a rare chance to be photographed in one of California’s most iconic and breathtaking landscapes.

Whether you're looking for family photos, a maternity session, a couples shoot, or solo portraits just for you—these Yosemite sessions are open to everyone.

They do require a little extra planning compared to my regular seasonal mini sessions, but trust me, they’re worth it. Even a short session here results in stunning images.

How many people can say they’ve had professional photos taken in Yosemite National Park? Not many—and that’s what makes these sessions so unique.

Spots are limited and offered just one weekend, once a year—so if this has been on your heart, maybe now’s the time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Reservation is $2. If you’re planning on entering Yosemite on September 12 thru Sunday, September 14 you MUST reserve your entrance in advance here.

  • • Purchase at entrance gate on the day of.

    • Pass is good for 7 days.

  • • Click here to read Yosemite’s rules for dogs.

    • Where we will be photographing does have a paved walkway. However, I cannot guarantee we’ll be able to include your dog on all photos.
    • Your dog MUST remain on a leash at all times.

  • While I will try my best to pick a location that’s easy to access, I cannot guarantee it’ll be easy to access by wheelchair. Yosemite does not allow wheelchairs on any undeveloped or wilderness areas. Pleas email me with further questions.

  • • …unless access into the park is closed by Yosemite National Park itself.

    • If access to the park is closed, sessions will be postponed or fully refunded (minus a $50 processing fee).

  • • The initial 50% retainer is non-refundable. No exceptions.

    • If you paid in full, 50% refund for cancellations made on or before August 28, 2025.

    • No refund for any cancellation requests made on or after August 29, 2025.

    • These Yosemite Sessions are dependent on reaching a minimum number of bookings to move forward. While I fully intend to make them happen, if that minimum isn’t met, I’ll notify you at least two weeks in advance—and your retainer will be fully refunded. So feel free to share the love—tell your friends, coworkers, and favorite adventure buddy!
