Caitlin + Joshua's Intimate Backyard Wedding in Marin County

Their intimate wedding took place in Caitlin’s brother beautiful home. Less than forty people attended. There was a table-full of tasteful food. Home baked sweets. Tears, hugs, laughter and long overdue conversations. It was day full of love and pure joy for everyone. Myself include.

If there’s one positive thing that’s come out of the COVID pandemic, it’s intimate weddings. Intimate like Caitlin and Joshua’s wedding.

I loved photographing Caitlin and Joshua’s day. While was small and simple, we created some of my favorite images of the entire year. My only hope is to continue photographing weddings like this one. Especially with a beautiful, joyous and generous pair of human beings like Caitlin and Joshua.

Intimate Backyard Wedding in Sonoma | Dallas + Haley

Dallas and Haley exchanged vows with an intimate backyard wedding in the groom's childhood home in Sonoma Califonia. Every flower and every little detail had a personal touch. Haley, the bride, was up early the morning of her own wedding to put up flowers. Dallas's parents and family remodeled their entire backyard with their own hands months before the wedding. Everyone worked hard to put this beautiful celebration together.

There were many tears, laughter and memories shared from beginning to end. As cliche as it may sound, it was a true celebration of love. And, one of my favorite weddings to date.
